Write NEw IMEI using Lg tool 1.7.1.
Restore the QCN file and you will have working 3g Lte
Works for me on more than 5 units on latest 4.4.4 firmware.

Doesn't matter what version you use .... Just load the QCN ....

Thanks man, this qcn worked like a charm, question: does qcn file include imei?

jusmejose this qcn was not compatible with my model, I have D820, thanks anyway!

Shouldn't be a problem I Personally used it for "D820/D821" with no problems .....

Well the program said it was an incomparable file that if I wanted to flash it anyway, I said yes but my imei was 0 after that.

Yeah because I edit the QCN using Hex editor to delete my IMEI ....
After you load the QCN file "Don't turn it oFF!" Download "EFS Professional" And write your IMEI ... Problem solved ... if you need more help Download Teamviewer and ill try to help you ... its really simply ...
