Hello.

Unfortunately, Reset FRP operation is currently not supported for your phone's firmware.

You can try to downgrade the phone to Android 10 by reflash the phone, available firmware you can find here. Then perform Reset FRP operation. Also all operations with reflash you do at your own risk.
