i have already update my card but is stiil the same problems

@joey1971: ERROR CODE: KPUINCZXCAX - means that your card is damaged by third party software in your PC. You need to buy new card. Please contact to our managers in Sales Chat at Unlock hardware and software, repair and flash tools, spare parts and cables for cell phones servicing - GsmServer for more details and for special proposition for users, who have damaged cards.

@augustinho2007: unfortunately Dreambox support in Octopus software has been discontinued. You should've received all additional information on how to keep receiving all the benefits of Octopus software updates to your e-mail box.
If You have not received informational letter - contact our managers in online chat at GsmServer, they will help You.
