Please Add, LG politely begging to add [Answered]


Hello, I haven't found a "please add" thread to the LG took.
In Canada it somettimes seems we're the last to be added (from my prospective having mostly Canadian devices)
Phone #1; LG-Q910UM (Android 11) is in the list but unable to do anything but get device info. In instructions I'm told enter EMI codes to put modem into correct state,
1. select "file transfer" mode in "USB connection for" is unavailable.
2. Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*910# or 3845*#910#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled". For IMEI repair as it reads 0000000000 across the board
nothing works at all, none of the codes work.

Phone #2 LG LM-X120WM Android v9 isn't even listed, same issue IMEI reads 0000000, so I suspect the fellow with the shop down the road already 'fixed' the phones and customer tells me they worked until next software update.
Help via PM or addition into the software would be greatly appreciated as I have LG with damaged IMEI's coming in fast, I'm seeing 2 more LG Q7's coming in Monday with same issue of damaged IMEI.
O am able to OWE unlock all devices so installing factory Binary might not be an issue, but I am unable to find them.
Otherwise change boardsss with one that I know IMEI is good.

Hello.

Unfortunately, for LG-Q910UM Repair IMEI and Unlock operations currently not supported.

For LG LM-X120WM you can try select X120WM phone model in MTK tab and perform operation.

At the end of all operations, send us results. We'll check it.
