In what state was the phone before flashing? Why did You decided to re-flash the phone?

first problem of white sceen with chinies laguage i tried to flash it with flash from support phone start and reboot after error falsh

As we can see from your Software log, You have tried to downgrade firmware version from "g" to "f". This can be the problem. Also, your device can has HW problems:

Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger and try to write this firmware again. Connect the device directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important. Try to write firmware on another PC. Try to find other firmwares, convert they and try to write.

i did all that battey full charge i am flashing from motherbeard usb port i need other firmware plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
