Hello, I do not understand why it gives me this error, I tried with a 16 GB and a 32 GB SD and it gives me the same error, I already have a problem placing the SD on the phone and in a direct adapter to the pc and it keeps giving the same mistake.

I tried with this software version Octoplus / Octopus LG Installer v3.1.4 and it also gives an error.
