LG LS980 cant acces without SPC - GSM-Forum

I cant get acces to do nothing on my LG980. To enable diag mode I need SPC. Is this realy necesary so I can do reapair network?

Got it working. I returned to ZV8 firmware and got it to read SPC. Now that I have acces I have unlocked, repair NVM and reapaired QCN with support file. But I still get a message that sim card is not in cellphone

Make Unlock once again now and say, whether the phone accepts SIM card.

I have tried unlock, reapair NVM, reapair network on ZVC version.
Also tried same process with version ZV8.
Also tried with QNC file and still nothing.

sometimes I get a signal and go's every 1 minute. Any ideas what I can do. Do you have NVM from a working LS980?

PS-PHONE HISTORY: phone was working great and unlocked before but tried to update with cyanogen 12 and now NO signal.

Try to change (to configure) settings in file "build.prop" inside of phone. Search in XDA forum how to do this. Also, look here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f799...olved-1920734/ and ask mr. razib143 in PM, he will help You. Then say here the result.

I have made modifications for build.prop but still no signal. I will PM contact and let you know if I got it working

Did you modified build.prop properly like this??? follow these steps.

adb pull /system/build.prop
adb shell
su

exit
exit

now.... build.prop modified time...

with Notepad++

From these sentence to ...

ro.carrier=unknown
ro.build.target_operator=SPR
persist.service.crash.enable=0
ro.telephony.default_network=10
telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=1

should be change these..... ( Case Sensitive )

ro.carrier=spr
ro.build.target_operator=spr
persist.service.crash.enable=1
ro.telephony.default_network=0
telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=0

Save the build.prop and use ADB to push it to the sdcard.

now insert build.prop file into the phone via ADB command..

adb push build.prop /sdcard/

adb shell
su
mount -o remount,rw /system
cp /sdcard/build.prop /system/
mount -o remount,ro /system
reboot

Here modified build.prop file myself for you... For Sprint... Link....

Let us inform if done....

2. usb dubugging enable
3. towelroot
4. installed root browser
5. pushed build.prop file to SDCARD folder
6. inserted bild.prop to SYSTEM folder
7. checked if build.prop was new file ( it was changed with your settings )
8. reboot
9. many popup errores liek google apps crashing, chrome stoped working etc..

Like I said did it twice with fresh firmware and same results.

Then now do this for your SIM and Network....

Copy All file and Folders from carrier to /carrier/ ( inside phone by root explore )
Then
Reboot

Try to write firmware from the Support Area, than make Unlock, write QCN from the Support Area and make Repair Network.
