samsung e189 cdma user code?

hello

i want to know what i missing

i want to unlock user code for this model

and i install all this soft

office , adobe reader , java , dotnet40 , via drivers ,

USB_Download_for_VIA_1.3 ,

SamsungPST_E189 For Verizon 1.0.004

and after all that message show to me no port connect

where is the problem ?

what problem you are facing be more specific.
procedure is simple, open software select port go for rebuid or usb rebuild

i do that but samsung user code not work for me

brother you must be selecting wrong port.select appropriate port and go for rebuild, work on almost all Samsung(cdma) models.after rebuild efs area of the phone is erased ,phone rewrite this area with company settings,so you will get default password after rebuild.

thankyou for your reporting but i do scan then select port and do rebuild

and say please wait for repoting but no thing happens

In this scenario several things can happen
1:you are selecting wrong port go for other port. when you attach mobile you will see two new port so go for other one or simply try serial port uart cable.
2:mobile not support rebuild command.In this you can try with original PST.

i try with original pst but problem program not detect com port

say no port connect

in device manger com show same com in program but always show this message no port connect

is there any special driver or programe to fix this problem
