Step-step that I do is the following:
1. Remove the SDcard / Memory Card
2. Remove the SIM CARD / Chip Phone
3. Press two buttons: Volume UP (+) button PowerOn / Off , simultaneously.
4. Press up to 5-10 seconds
5. Then will be seen displayed in the screen
- Reboot system now
- apply update from sdcard
- wipe data / factory reset
- wipe cache partition
6. Select " wipe data / factory reset "by moving the Volume UP (+) and Volume Down (-) (in lieu of the cursor), and then press the Home button (instead of Enter).
Warning!!! : For this step all existing data in Mobile will be deleted.
7. Then Reboot system now

volum up + volum down + power 5 sec only loking hard reset option
