Help me with honor 6 plus PE-CL00 - GSM-Forum

Hello, I have 2 phones in the hands of the China-Telecom CDMA network: Huawei P8 - CL00 (dual sim) & Huawei honor 6 plus - CL00 (dual sim).

Currently my phone sim locked 1 should only be used 1 2G sim mode ... how to turn off the CDMA mode on your phone to be able to use two SIM and 3G mode ? ...

I try whit code*#*#2846579#*#* but is not working because in the meniu to acces background debug is a password that i dont know (this is at emui 3.1 or higher) at emui 3.0 is working but now i have 3.1 emui and i dont manage to downgrade the phone
