hallo frends , i have huawei mate 7 bloked in the logo , i try to download the firmwear and copy it in dload folder and run the phone but every time he say : Softwear install failed . i dont know what i have to do

can some one help me plzzzzz

Hello bro make sure software is match with urs i think there is 2 mate 7 one with 32 GB other with 64 GB download Huwai update extractor n extract boot recovery system flash one by one in fastboot and rescue mode
