ac2746 after unlock it does not dial

i have a ac2746 modem which was locked to MTS , then i did the whole process given by krish491 to unlock , but after unlocking and writing the chinanet dashboard , i can get the 1x signal but i am unable to dial the connection .

can we also use EVDO connection or only 1x will work ?

please help
