hi After Two weeks for searching to get unlock code 16 bit NCK, I found on Russian forums this solution

0. We put in the router sim-cards of other operators !!!
Connect Megaphone MR150-2 (ZTE MF910) to a PC via USB-cable.
And connect to it via WiFi.

1. Install the driver using ZTE ZTE_LTE_Drivers.exe Installer

2. Install ZTE drivers are not installed manually from the folder "2.Install Manual"

3. Run ZTE Reader Tool app from "3.Detect COM" and enter the IP-address of the device and the password to access the web-based interface (the default is 192.168.0.1 and admin)

Click "1. Diag Mode" button if everything is done correctly, then the log window we will { "result": "success"}, and opened the Device Manager a few COM-ports.

Push the button "2. Detect" in the drop-down list, select the COM port from the top - ZTE Diagnostics Device. And remember his number. For example COM9 = 9

An important addition !!! If you do not do it because of this all will not work:
If the number of ZTE Diagnostics Interface port has turned out more than 9, then change it to control the properties of the port from the range 1 ... 9. Remember this number. For example, let it be COM5. If the room had to be changed, then unplug the modem and plug it in again.

4. Open the browser, enter
http://192.168.0.1/goform/goform_pro...tchCmd=FACTORY

get

{ "Result": "FACTORY: ok"}


5.Run MF823_MF825_unlock" and enter the COM port number.


Congratulations, now you SIM FREE !!!

hello friend thans for this beautiful explanation
but i have some problem when i plugin my modem zte mf 910+ in pc the driver doesnt found to install it show ""zte zte braodband"
where i can found this driver exatelly despite i was installed the driver that you showed it in the foolder
