How to solve the problem of Huawei B315s-22 that refuses to connect to Telnet port 23
Dear friends, I have a problem and I hope you will help me to solve it if possible.
I have a Huawei Modem Router B315s-22
Model: Huawei B315s-22
Firmware: 21.313.03.00.1006
Web UI Dashboard: 17.100.09.00.03

ipconfig:
========
IPv4 address: 192.168.8.100
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.8.

The problem is that the modem router does not support activation of telnet telnet calls through the tool E5186 Toolbox 0.9
And through the Ethernet LAN connection. The tool E5186 Toolbox 0.9 is not able to activate telnet and change the settings of
the (api / device / mode) API control => API configuration => api / device / mode.

The default status and settings of api / device / mode This is:
API control => API configuration => api / device / Get mode

The answer is this:

update this firmware on router webui option local update
after update done you can unlock a modem or use telnet also

for use telnet you can use putty software
