It's not available with any of the resellers in India. The best you can try is calling the reseller from Sri-Lanka because it will make your postal charges very low compaired to that from US by EMS service.

Same problem with me. Its showing Unlocked but other SIM not supported even changeing dashboard. Its custamize firmware I think which is forbidding DC unlocker to unlock this and showing its unlocked.
