Dead huawei 1752. Any solution?

Hello.
Have some dead huawei 1752.
No LED blink, no device recognized.
PCB gets 5V. Connector is not broken.
Did reflow PM6658 Power IC and main quallcom CPU. No success.
Maybe anyone had any info/documents on this or similar modems? Diagrams?
Don't have an osciloscope, cant check if quartz is generating. Will try to put good one from other modem with broken USB.

Download and run the full version Sakis3G script from sakis3G website.
Then check modem is running or not.
