Huawei E1820 Stuck at Download mode whenever i plug it !
 

Well i've bought the last week from Mobinil online store a Huawei E1820
i received the package yesterday and opened the package and inserted the SIM Card and voila the modem doesn't appear any new hardware CDROM or Modem or NDIS i waited like 7 minutes and then appeared on device manager

immediately i tried to switch it to Normal mode with AT Commands but to no avail

whenever i connect from Putty or HyperTerminal i send the AT Command but OK doesn't appear on the two ports

Tried to flash it with a firmware update but it fails and in the detection it shows

IMEI Error + Download Mode : Force Download

Well i'm tired and i need to fix this issue instead of waiting another couple of weeks to get another working one

why no one there is answering , someone please answer ... i'm about go crazy from this situation ... *******s who send me this not working piece of hardware are not replaying and i'm looking a solution better than sending it back , or wait till they answer and send me a working one ... someone please answer me

i tried to flash it with the this and it says flash in resurrect mode but it says fail , i need to know is the problem with flashing or what ?

Someone please close this thread , i went to the store and started a trouble with aggressive attitude and they understand my situation and replaced the USB Modem with a new one and i also managed to get it unlocked forever LOL , Thanks Friend Fr3nsis for trying to help me out , but dude if you want any help on testing modems i'm here for ya
