Hi, I'm trying to use this flasher to upgrade an E367u-2 to a fw version that supports voice.
My device might have a Telenor-customized fw :

Found modem : E367
Model : Huawei E367
IMEI : 353613045518662
Serial NR. : P8K5TA1142904442
Firmware : 11.810.09.10.00
Compile date / time : Jan 22 2011 14:51:01
Hardware ver. : CP1E367UM
Dashboard version : MobiltBredband_2.3.1.343_Mac2.3.1.343
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM8200A
Voice feature : not supported in current firmware
SIM Lock status : Unlocked
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

( It was locked, i successfully unlocked).

I first tried by just running the fw exe, and i get Error code 16: update failed.
Then i tried fr3nsis universal flasher in resurrect mode, and i get Connection OK, Download mode FAIL.
Same w 3 different fws:
11.838.01.00.1131.B726
11.838.01.00.158.B726
11.810.15.00.134.B726

What can i do?

Hello,
I am trying to use Huawei Modem Flasher v1.6 to flash E5832S. It was half-bricked when I flashed it with the firmware for E5832. Now it only enters download mode if I connect it to the PC while holding 'Connect' button. I was unable to find the bootloader bin or the recovery pin (pin1) for this model.
This is the error I am getting: Writing 01 bin FAIL (Ack 0x03)
Can someone please help?

Hello everyone,
i'm so sorry if i post this in wrong section because i don't know where i need to post it.

Ok, my problem is that i want to create one exe file "auto flash for huawei modem" using balong_flash.exe

- i already convert go.cmd to exe using bat convertor but error on calling balong_flash and firmware.bin

- my idea is th oave similar for these pictures (from youtube users), they use enigma protector to add hwid and to have only executable file, but my idea is to pack all need files in one exe only.
(when Enigma protect can protect .bat file.)

- go.cmd
- firmware.bin
bin\ -balong_flash.exe
