What's the IMEI number of your Netgear AC790S? And the firmware version?

Firmware Version: NTG9X35C_11.11.00.00
Firmware Build Date: 13/08/2015

And Zain Kuwait is not providing my with code.

I haven't contacted Netgear but i doubt that they can help me in this.

will appreciate if some one can help in this. MSP (Zain) claiming that the contract is over with Netgear and they can no longer provide the MEP code.

You can try the dc-unlocker tool to unlock your aircard 790s. but it's not free.

So far no. And I have lost hope that there ever will be an unlock. Thank goes to ZAIN Kuwait for collecting the full amount of my device and are refusing to unlock it.

I can make it unlock, but only through the bootpoint.
