Can this AF10 cable be made from a generic microUSB OTG cable? I tried connecting the generic OTG cable to the modems and they recognizes it as the screen prompts to enter airplane mode or not and the battery indicator changes to charging mode. However it doesnt charge the smart phone. What is the difference between a generic OTG cable and the AF10? could it be as simple as adding a resister?
