hi any experts can help with 5033xr

Exe version: NCKBox AndroidMTK 2.9.5
Selected model: 0-By CPU MT6739
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Battery must be charged
Please insert USB cable now...
For some phones need to keep "VOL-" button untill inserting USB cable.
For some phones need to keep "VOL+ and VOL-" button untill inserting USB cable.
For some phones need to keep "VOL+" button untill inserting USB cable.

5033xr is not curently supported by nckbox.

Unfortunately i'am can't find this phone.
If you want to help, you can upload security backup from this phone.
Also, you can read simlock info in flash mode using last exe version.
And post log here.
