Alcatel 9027w unlock done but still locked

Exe version: NCKBox AndroidMTK 2.1
Selected model: Alcatel OT-9027W
Action: Unlock

For this model need to perform unlock using database.
Last firmware version is not supported for this phone.
If unlock using database will not work, this meen phone have closed meta mode.

I'am ordered this phone(is really hard to obtain it from my location)
Once will reseive will add unlock for new version also.
