alcatel OT-5032w when i try unlocking give this error - GSM-Forum

Hi team when i connect phone i get this error i have already libusb-win32-devel-filter-1.2.6.0
can u tell me why i get this error i need to unlock network lock

Code:

 Exe version: NCKBox AndroidMTK 2.9.6
 Selected model: Alcatel  OT-5032W
 Action: Unlock

To bypass security, you must tick "bypass security" checkbox.
Alcatel OT-5032w network unlock is not supported by exe.
