hi i already tried in the newest version 2.6.8, using 5059 database and phone's extracted database, and even in some displayed unlocked phone still locked
example same phone in attempt order first unlocked but locked and second locked and locked.
Exe version: NCKDongle AndroidMTK 2.6.8
Selected model: Alcatel OT-5059A
Action: Unlock
Will be used database connection.

Long time ago we added support for new firmware version[new security] for this model.
Need to use flash mode connection in this case.

In simlock tab exists button called HELP.
Try to read help for this mode, in help is explained also about.

the odd thing is that if i try those as meta, (same issue-will not unlock obviously), but some times they pass the process and sometimes errors, but in flash mode, I'm not able once, even after several attempts. *(white ones the black ones I've tried unlocked ok, if it matters)

STATUS_DA_HASH_MISMATCH is related to phone preloader usually.
And alcatel not change usually signing key in preloader, it remain same in all firmware version.
Your phone is sure OT-5059A?
Contact me directly with phone in hands,need to check sign version and need to update database sign in exe.

And yes in meta mode for new firmware version will be same issue, unlock in meta mode is not allowed in new firmware version and need to use flash mode.
Factory reset or charging will not help here.

Old firmware version you can unlock in meta mode, and not need even database file in last exe version, unlock is direct.
New firmware version will not allow unlock in meta mode.
And here not really matter how many times you try, result will be same.

Based on modem version you can check if phone have unlockable by meta or not firmware.
