Alcatel 5056d provider id not listed - GSM-Forum

Hi, customer just contacted me asking if i can provide an unlock code, the PID he provided is
5056D-2JC6CV1

i also did a imei info check from the app and it shows this as CUREF.

However, this isnt listed in the provider ID under the phone model inside generic alcatel.

We not have any codes sell service, you must contact any service what can sell you codes for your model.

do you mean for the provider ID? because the model is listed in the code calculator.

This model use data from phone(secro partition) to generate unlock code.
Each provider have unique data, and we not have posibility to get this phone with this CUREF to read data from it.
If you will provide readed data from locked phone(plain secro partition), sure, can be added calculator for this curef.

P.S
I'am understand, you are smart, but not need to learn me how to do my work, i'am from my side will not learn you how to repair phones.
