I need to flash cro-l22
but i get this error

You must connect phone without pressing any key(in preloader mode, not brom).
If phone have erased preloader, it's not supported.

its boot in preloader now i will charge battery and try again
phone problem is

Many phones with this error usually have damaged or desoldered flash ic or water damaged hardware.
Try to disasemble phone and check.
Also you can check debug log, to see what exactly create this problem.
