HI team, i made an operation without security backup on my itel p15 and got imei and baseband unknown. no nvram file was found for this so i decided to flash and now my phone cannot display. anyone help me with W5005-F3110-9.0-OP-V023 or up build version flash backup please

We not have this firmware, and by nck is not posible to get this result.
NVRAM is not erased on write firmware,

it was my mistake not the box. made privacy reset without security backup and had no service on the phone. flashed the wrong build then the screen went blank. ive fixed it though. thanks so much
