It does not work, I install and it is asking me to update the sim and throw the following error and do not open the mai module

Acces violation at address 004043A0 in module
nckMain.exe Read of address 3030300C

I reinstall everything and I don't deactivate the antivirus either and I reinstall windows and follow the error
