Modern unisoc phones accept loader only after checking sign using stored in firmware public key.
If sign differ(was modified some bytes in loader) or sign key(rsa 4096 is used) differ, phone will not boot.
From what i'am know tecno and samsung use different rsa key to sign loader.
So tecno loader mostly sure will not work with samsung phones.

About phone, not only cpu make difference, but firmware and implementation also.
2 phones with same cpu can have totally different security and firmware, even if cpu is same.
