Enabled full flash, Full Erase + Flash for phones with Helio CPU.

Improved format function on phones with Helio CPU

Added Flash only Preloader function (so called init Preloader).

Added backup modem database in Meta mode.

Please note, this function not work for all CPUs.

We tested on MT6750 and MT6755, possible will be others also supported.

Removed direct unlock without database for MT6739 Alcatel phones, now software will give error on direct unlock without loaded database.

when i update my nck dongle than i saw this massage Disconnect all other smart card only nck dongle connect press update card batton internet connetion must be enable pc must habe corect date time when i update my dongle than i saw than i saw same update your card
