mtn m560m3 network unlock, its a dual sim on diag option it says successifully unlocked but on reality it says insert mtn line on sim one to continue. Does this mean its permanently locked or doesn't supported yet. also does not give an option to insert lock code. its a new chipset sc7732e chip, which is supported in diag mode only

Is very hard to say without any info and log.
Post exe log and provide me backup maked in diag mode with latest exe.

We maked for our user usefull function called "custom loader"
Even if model is not listed, you can make your loader from factory pac firmware and service phone.
If you are old user, is really strange how you not know about.

Your windows not allow to save this file.
Can be multiple reasons.
read-only directory, insufficient space on hdd, antivirus or firewall block thisn file.
Any from this can cause this problem.
