nck support access says forbidden

hi good morning nck team. i received my nck box yesterday, installed all drivers but when i open the support access it says HTTP result forbidden. any help?

Most posible you not use exe from provided link and you have old outdated exe downloaded from some external link

According to google, Ghana have GMT+0 , but your pc seems have GMT+8 and this meen Australia.
