nckdongle card connected, reading info
serial ***********
this card have nckdongle applet
card: jocp10v231
error, cant detectcard, please check if connected

I have this card and card for over ten year... What wrong. Other card reader I try can't work. Any solution please. I disable antivirus reboot PC

jocp10v231 will not work.
This is very old card and can't hold umt applet.

jcop21vxxx will work.

you was already refunded and explained to you the reason, if you want to order a new card we can arrange but the cost will not be cheap, 35 usd dhl + card cost with umt on it and nck, i can help you some how when u receive new card to disable old , and charge you only for umt and shipping @ 65 usd.
