TECNO BD2 can not connect [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Dear
I have SW Version BD2-SP613ABC-QGo-OP-210417 V006

Code:

Spreadtrum SP7731e Board
First 16 bytes from public rsa key.
AD7E67E09F57F0A391493DE4F96FDFBC

Phone Storage: EMMC
SELECTED: BD2
[0]ACTION: Boot Info
Loader format:NEW
Start Detect phone.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Long press "VOL -" key while inserting usb cable.
Keep key untill boot complete.
Detected: SCI USB2Serial (COM9)
Sending loader, keep boot key untill loader start.
[0]Changing Baud Error.
Error connecting phone.
Exe version: NckBox Spreadtrum Module 2.1.3

I can not do any Call
It is locked to App and FRP

Try to check your connection, also try to select SC7731E_EMMC_GENERIC and check result.

Can you post exactly phone name?
Based on exe log, loader is not accepted by phone.

Most posible this is unsupported version, try to make custom loader using phone firmware.
If it will stuck after sending second loader, phone ask server to autorize boot in flash mode and this firmware version is not supported.
If boot pass, you can service phone.
