Member: 2513449 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | Tecno CC6 Read pattern issue I am an old NCK box user and have two of your boxes (1 have expired activation). As the title states, I am trying to read or reset pattern on a Tecno Camon 12 Air (CC6),without losing anything inside. From the "FRP-PATTERN-PRIVACY" tab I tried everything about pattern read or reset but I always get error be it in Meta or Flash Mode. It ends up saying the pattern is not set or that it may be damaged or encrypted. The phone belonged to my uncle who passed away last Sunday and my aunt (his wife) wants to contact his coworkers and inform them. But the device is pattern locked. Help, please |

Member: 2513449 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | I recovered his Google account with the permission of my aunt. I overwrote the screen pattern through Google account. But the pattern still exist. I receive on the screen that the pattern has been changed to password but the old pattern still remains. |

Without root, only way to remove pattern is to format filesystem(userdata partitions) On some phones it allow format without userdata lost, and remove only pattern and password, on vivo for example and posible in other phones. In exe exists special button for this. On tecno i'am not know if this work, so you can try with your own risk. | |
