Good friends is that this cell was not allowed to rootear and for wanting to flash it with a zip by sd in the middle of the walk stopped and now the computer turns on but with the distorted image, someone can give me a hand to flash this model tale with sigma nck Miracle medusa, I appreciate your help

IF supported, only via commercial boxes.
Of course, you will need alive phone to read backup from it first.

, I need to flash it with some box or program that supports it
