zte z891 metro pcs Unlock Problem - GSM-Forum

I couldnt unlock this device with d Unlock App, i wasn't eligible
so i paid to unlock Source,
Now my Unlock source says my device Unlock has been paid
that i should follow the following procedure to complete d unlock process

"Unlock sent, wait up to 45 minutes, connect to WI-FI, perform any andriod system updates, and follow the instructions on the Device Unlock Applications."
i got this message on monday, now it's Friday
have been trying to unlock it since them but no success story
Where am having problem is they told me to do System updates, have not been able to do that , cos when i try it, i get error from my ZTE, i think thats probably a reason why its has not unlock now
When i try to do system updates i get this error

So i think if i can get to do the system update successfully and factory reset ,my device will be unlock successfully with d unlock app

d error from my device is asking me to use a stronger network, have switched to d different strong network i have here in my area, but yet no success

So friends i dont know
1. What do you think is my device problem why i cant do system update ?

I would say do factory reset and then try to unlock.

did you manage to unlock this? I have the same issue with another ZTE MetroPCS Phone (z855)
