Try This...

Take out the SIM card. Be sure to charge your phone.
On the dial screen enter this Huawei U1000 hard reset reset code: ##258741 then press CALL button.
Warning! All your data including contacts will be lost, so back up all your data before doing a Huawei U1000 hard reset / full reset.

huawei tablet s7-701u hard reset
Procedure: Hard Reset | Factory Reset

1. Press and hold the power button + volume up + volume down.
2. When you feel the vibration,release the power button.
3. When the Android logo appears, release the volume up.
4. You will see some running lines in the Android logo, hold still the volume down and wait for 10 seconds then release it.
5. Then let it reboot by itself.
6. Hard reseting done.

Model - Huawei S7

Turn Off Tablet and wait 5 sec

press Option Key (|||) + Call Key (Green Button) + Power On >>>
Continue Holding This All button until show android recovery Progress Bar
Then Release the all buttons

Tablet Hard reset done after reboot.
