Good methods for low version firmware....but they wont work for updated firmware...... if both procedures not working mentioned above then give one try to this method..... Volume UP + keep your thumb on Home Key.....press the power button briefly until Huawei logo appears then release power button but keep your finger on other buttons.....recovery menu will appear.... Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset....All Data Will Be Lost....... Hope it will help... Regards | |

Member: 691622 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Try this way.....Switch off your phone .....press Call End + Menu button then just one click on the power button....recovery menu will appear....choose wipe data/factory reset....all date will be erased.... In some models only pressing Call End + Power on.....it will take to recovery menu.... Regards |
