How to reset passcode on screen without hard reset on Huawei Mate 20 Lite SNE-LX1 - GSM-Forum

Hi, everyone

Huawei Mate 20 Lite SNE-LX1 - how to reset passcode on screen without hard reset.
An owner forgot passcode but want to save own user datas, that is why hard reset is not possible will do.
I had try new version 3.28, but phone still locked.
Below you can see info:

Mobile Name: SNE-LX1
Mobile Set BL Lock state:FB LockState: LOCKED
Trying First Way for Get the Unlock code
Read Mobile Dynamic unlock code Fail
Trying Second Way for Get the Unlock code
Read Mobile Dynamic unlock code Second way Fail

So, I need an advises or instruction, what I should make for unlock a screen (phone).

You need to update firmware via sd card with dload folder....for me user code reset and then only need gmail account resset, you can find solution on youtube movies.
