[req help huawei y625 u21 by tim (italy] - GSM-Forum

HELLO TO ALL AND sorry for my bad english!
my friend have gave to me on huawey y625 u21.
lock, obviously...
now when i switch on the phone, it go in stuck mode, so i mean it's lock.
i can see the logo of tim (italian provider) and after that "encryption failed" and down "restart the phone".
it's a boot loop!
i guess the phone isn't rooted and bootloader is not unlock...
when i try to update te firmware with a sd card it won't go...i guess i need the right firmware.
when i press from phone off power and vol.- i can see a chinese word...now i have big poroblem with english...so think about to understand chinese...
please help me...
to unlock the phone..

EMMC Is damage brother
Change eMMC chip,

hello thank you for response.
i have tried many times...now i have see that: i can go into "recovery mode".
from a sd card is possible to install a rom from a update.app into a "dload"?
please answer...to me..
