Huawei JKM-AL00a stuck on eRecovery

Hello forum, i have a problem with Huawei JKM-AL00a that got stuck on eRecovery, owner said the phone got stucked while updating it from setting.

The phone's current version is (JKM-AL00a 8.2.0.143(C675)

So far, this is what i've tried but couldn't get it solved: (after hard reset)

1 tried to update it via eRecovery but got this massage "Getting package info failed"

2 downloaded "JKM-AL00 8.2.0.143(C675R2P1)_Firmw are_8.1.0_r1_EMUI8.2_05015LRJ" from halabtech but end up with "Software install failed" (Incompatibility with current version.)

3 tried "JKM-AL00 with build JKM-AL00a 9.0.1.165(SP51C675E3)" which i think is the latest version of the phone. i extracted the update.app to dload folder in sdcard, but it seem like am missing something because its just showing "Software install failed" without giving any reason.
