no bro. i don't have it's flasher & file

a simple falsh can solve the problem

one more thing in off condition set show charging with pc with usb cable & when on it , it's on

then i reset with this process

Enter *1673492846 then press the down key on the Dpad

Select menu option 8, 1, 1


reset ok but same prob. hang on logo then restart

extract the file you will see PDF format file there install Adobe acrobat reader to read file open and read the flashing procedure, phone will be flashed via sd card into phone
