after a change of display the phone does not charge already replaced pcb of charge and flat the phone turns on is recognized by usb the charge flashes but the percentage does not go up, connecting it from off not from signs of life, help me it is urgent

You may need to set the battery serial number for your phone with PCB by professionals Supported Software repaired tolls, for recognized as properly charged, otherwise you may face the problems to keep restart your phone continuously.

Make full assembly, and try chargue again; many phones have thermistor in flex back case.
