Y7 2019 no audio during call - GSM-Forum

hi there

I have problem with DUB-LX1 Y7 2019

there is no working speaker and mic during call

in any other app audio is working fine

i changed software already - w/o succ

Maybe flex is broken or board with mic and speaker

in voice recorder everything working well

both mic and speakers are 100% good

only during call there is silence

i tried loudspeaker, headphones - during call mic and speaker not working

any idea ?

try to reset aplication in phone to defoult

Hi,try to write board firmware and test it. For me afrer write this firmware sound and mic ok. Backup you imei ! After i write original firmware and all is ok.
