I try many new research tool but sam problem

i have face another error ,,,,,,,, when load the flash file in software its says bin packet version is not support .............and try with different version of research downlod but no success

Hello Try to Uncheck Nv Item's And Flash Again
you can also try erase all flash(in flash operation tab)
but remember that you lost all calibration data
