My IMEIs were erased once when I was trying to flash stock recovery using flashify, I just flashed Stock ROM and my IMEIs are back. Try flashing the the ROM which came with your device.

I have successfully recovered my IMEIs this way only.

Hi, I have solution 100/ working
First flash your device and then root and then
Enable diag port and restore qcn using qpst tools I'll attach qcn file tomorrow
