go to settings and check for updates , if update available you will see a notification to download update
or search google for custom lolipop rom for your device and install through recovery

There is no official lollipop 5.0 for A121,So try custom firmwares

micromax canvas elanza

1st flash you handset then update your phone by wifi and cellular data update your phone in lollipop version and by sp flashtool lollipop version update not come in our support area

dear flashed you phone with this rom with flash tool if you not know how to flash this then see in flashing procedure step by step flash your phone
