Electra Jailbreak with Cydia For iOS 11-11.1.2 with support of ALL 64Bit devices

For those who don’t know, Electra works with iOS 11.0-11.1.2 firmwares and is compatible with all 64-bit devices, including iPhone X, as long as those devices are running the aforementioned compatible firmwares. This is because Electra is based of Ian Beer’s exploit which was only applicable on iOS 11.0-11.1.2.

Original released back as beta in January sans Cydia, this latest final version of the tool is the first jailbreak for iOS 11 which offers support for Cydia out-of-the-box.

Important Information

• An APFS snapshot is created of / so you may revert it at a later date if needed
• It is recommended to futurerestore if you have blobs before running Electra to ensure the best possible installation
• Cydia is included
• OpenSSH is running on port 22
• Electra repo added by default
• Substitute, Tweak Loader and Substrate Compatibility Layer available from Electra repo
• Many packages need to be updated for both Electra and iOS 11 (make sure they're updated before installing as they may not work yet)
• RocketBootstrap 1.0.6 or higher is required for use on iOS 11
• Many apps, launch daemons and installation binaries are broken as they require entitlements to be added

Electra - Fix APT 7 Strict Issue

Deb Download : https://github.com/ElectraJailbreak/...m.deb?raw=true …

1- Copy that file to your device via SSH/SFTP (Cyberduck, WinSCP, etc)
2- SSH into your phone into the directory where you copied that file to
3- Run "dpkg -i apt7-lib_0.7.25.3-15_iphoneos-arm.deb"
4- Fixed

APFS = APple file System
Running electra will make a backup of you /var so you can revert to non-jailbreak state.
Its something which isn't for your use.
Hopefully cydia eraser will be supported soon to work for iOS 11.

SSH into your phone as root (Using a program like Putty or OpenSSH).
Go into the directory where you copied that deb file to.
Run dpkg -i apt7-lib_0.7.25.3-15_iphoneos-arm.deb
Fixed.
Do not update APT (Or any other packages from saurik's repo) next time Cydia runs unless the update is from Coolstar’s repo.

If you receive this warning you can safely ignore it:

warning: unable to delete old directory ‘/usr/lib/apt/methods’: Directory not empt
