Error 9 while updating and restoring iPhone X - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone, iTunes and 3utools are updated and still I can't update or restore it gives me error 9 . tried with two laptops but still same problem, any suggestion ?

What iOS version you were trying to restore? And could you please offer the screenshot of the error?

Already solved , the problem was with the cord . used original one.
